perf(3d-tiles): 优化渲染参数以提升模型细节并更新加载资源

调整 maximumScreenSpaceError 至 2.0,并启用动态调整,以增强 3D 模型精度,同时平衡性能。另外,为保持一致性,重命名加载 GIF 文件。
